Chocolate drops on cookies and greens in my smoothies
Bright copper kettle bells and warm sweaty gymrats
Brown paper packages filled up with teas

Cream colored rice milk lattes and healthy crisp apple streudels
Mustard on kabocha and mustard on salads
Hummus, and chickpeas, and all thins black beans
These are a few of my favorite things
Girls in the gym lifting heavy weights
Blogging our foods with recipes galore
Silver large barbells that await lifting like kings
These are a few of my favorite things
When the cookie bites
When those muscles sting
When I’m feeling in the fog
I simply remember my favorite things
And then I remember I have my blog…
