- 1 scoop Lifetime Life’s Basics Vanilla Plant Protein
- 1 scoop Lifetime Life’s Basics Plant Protein with Greens
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup (or Lori’s massive 2 cups) fresh spinach and/or greens
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 chunk of fresh ginger
- lots of cinnamon
- tons of ice
- and/or any other fun supplements you are currently having fun with
Blend with your favorite kitchen power tool. The more ice and less liquids you use the better. Thick is fun. Spoon-required smoothies are best, in Lori’s opinion. (and this stuff makes really great protein ice creams!)
