Based on your toppings suggestions, I would totally go with peanut butter in the middle and kabocha on top… I could die happy at that point, I’m sure.

oh my! i now know what i will be making to eat up the rest of my cookie dough hummus thank you for the inspiration. what kind of pan do you make your socca in? i tried mine in a spring form pan the first time and most of the oil leaked out the sides.

we are similar when it comes to taking photos- i also love to get all the best angles of food, especially when its something as scrumptious as you chocolate zuchinni socca!!! i would never have heard about socca before this post, but i definitely could easily become a socca fan! <3

I prefer to think of it as ‘sharing’ rather than giving away–you still get to keep it, right? I shared some cool recipes today, and some thoughts about things that have been helping me. And I shared some of my money (no, guess I didn’t still get to keep it!) with things that I believe in that will also help me.

So jealous! For some reason the grocery stores in my neck of the woods have been out of zucchini due to bad crops or something?! :/ so I haven’t been able to get my hands on it for a couple of weeks now! your posts always looks so yummy =)

Oh and I also wanted to ask you what do you put in your green smoothies that you have everyday??? =)
