Each day we are bombarded with emotions and thoughts and patterns. You have the power to decide on which ones or types you choose. Today, think about what you say before you say it. Think about what you do before you do it. Act and think with a purpose. And those little negative energies, acknowledge them, then throw them out.

  2. Thanks for sharing these. I’m working on precisely those things: being conscious of what I say and actually choosing how I say it, being positive, choosing to look at things in a happy-inducing way, being open to laughter.

    Can’t wait to see what you do with the Arabic grandmother! What part of the Arab world is she from? (I’m curious how similar her cuisine will be to my grandma’s).
