The Beer Belly Workout at the Beer & Wine Festival
As you may have heard, I helped out at the local Beer & Wine Festival this weekend. All I can say about it is that it was a complete blast.
I worked the booth for the gym I personal training at, handing out a beer belly workout (find it below) and getting people involved in a game of ring toss to win free personal training sessions. I wish I could have won some free training sessions if I wasn’t a trainer!
Oh, and this weekend I also had photos taken from a terrific photographer! The photo session (which I believe was suppose to be a very short session) turned into 2 hours of laughing, several outfit changes, learning some cool lighting techniques, and having a great time. And it ended in a result of some pretty good photos, if I do say so myself.
So, aside from getting my picture taken and hanging out with half of my town, I had a pretty great weekend. My parents even came out to the event to show some support. My dad even won the ring toss. π
Did I mention there were a ton of great vendors at the festival?
If all this talk of beer and wine is making you thirsty for a happy hour, I’m here to rescue your Monday. Enjoy this Beer Belly Workout at a happy hour price! Actually, you know what, it’s on me.
Intended for comical relief, The Beer Belly Workout applies to those suffering from laziness and a case of a beer belly of their own. Sadly, I think this workout can also apply to guys in general. π

Tough-stuff pictures: I just had to represent CrossFit (even though it’s shown as RossFit). I am obsessed with the exercises. And I love the pictures that were taken so I had to share them! I feel tough… kinda like I could become Jillian Michaels (I’ll just need her rockin’ body!) and create a business of helping others become healthier.
So, that was my weekend, how was yours???
