Resolution Recipes eBook

December 27, 2011

Well, Christmas is over, the presents are opened, and you’ve eaten a lot (of good food?). What’s next?

Oh yeah! New Year’s Eve is in a few days.

Along with the dawning of a new year comes new commitments, chances to start anew, ways to be better in 2012 than you were in 2011. New Year’s Resolutions. (take a look at last year’s!)

Your job is to set some resolutions, if you’re going down that path. And my job is to help you gear up for those resolutions and reach your goals. At least in the fitness, health, and food department.

Enter your solution: Resolution Recipes in eBook form.

Yep, that’s right! You get 18 pages of healthy recipes of breakfast, lunch, dinner, sides, sweets, and snacks. All recipes are Paleo, gluten-free, grain-free, and most are even dairy-free. You’ll get recipes like Blueberry Lemon Coconut Muffins, Nut Crumble Vanilla Crème Parfaits, Thai Chicken Patties, and delicious Skillet Eggs.

Want to know the best part?

A portion of the proceeds from this book are going to the National Eating Disorder Association ( I thought this was fitting since I once suffered from anorexia (after being VERY overweight), only to recover and discover my love of healthy food in a positive way. I blogged my way to recovery and if I can help just one person, I’ve done my duty and lived my passion. 🙂

Hi Lori, nice sharing. I love the NEDA ebook you shared. I think it’s good for us as a guideline to eat right. Btw, I love your last sexy photos 🙂

Looking forward to seeing your smiling face on good day! I’m sure it went well! Are you enjoying this weather as much as I am? who thought December would be filled with so many blue sky days, allowing for me to be outside running and cycling. Wish there was more snow, but I can’t complain with the crisp morning rides.

Lori December 28, 2011 at 8:55 AM

Oh I bet! It’s SO sunny!!!
