  • 50 WALKING MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
  • 50 HALF BURPEES
  • “GE-UPS” ALTERNATING LEGS (like turkish get-ups without weight)
  • 50 SQUAT & DIAGONAL REACH ACROSS
  • 50 SIT-UP & CROSS PUNCH

REPEAT 3 TIMES
