What To Love: The Fat Burning Man
I have a confession.
I’m in love.
With a Fat Burning Man.
I have no idea why or how it took me SO long to find him but I’m incredibly happy that I have!
I’ve been eating up his Podcasts, soaking up his blog posts, and just obsessing over the amazingly digestible and solid nutrition info he’s put out there. If you’ve ever had any questions on nutrition, clearing up all the junk that comes with “what’s healthy”, “what should I eat?!”, or anything related, you must check out his Podcasts and site.
I can’t get enough of all the numerous Podcasts with tons of great guest speakers. He’s busy interviewing doctors, fitness professionals, nutrition professionals, authors, Paleo-ists, Vegans, and more. I love that he interviews and talks without a bias, no judgement, and pretty much accepts all information… Although, suggests what has worked for HIM. No pushy sales pitches. Just facts, tried and true methods, and a sexy voice.
His journey from being sick and overweight to fit and “fat-burning” is pretty eye-opening, yet typical at the same time. He ditched conventional medicine and diet and reached over to more of a Paleo, whole foods way of eating and never looked back.
Anyway, that’s what I’m loving right now. It’s always fun to find something so engaging and interesting. Especially when it helps keep me motivated on my journey to my first Bikini Competition and all the training that’s going along with it.
