One again, So Delicious has come to the rescue.
Well, maybe not the rescue but definitely assistance in making this green smoothie seriously incredible.
I mean, Coco-Whip?!
Top this green smoothie with a
dollop pile of Coco-Whip and sprinkle on a little Matcha Green Tea powder and you’ve got yourself one hell of a smoothie.
Nike approves. Just do it.
Or whip it. Whip it good.
Yes, I totally entertain myself.
All puns aside, this Coco-Whip is SOOOOOOOOOOOO good. It’s vegan, dairy free, and just waiting for a lonely spoon.
Coconut Matcha Green Tea Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana, peeled
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup So Delicious Coconut Milk, any flavor
- 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder, I used sweetened but you may use unsweetened
- 1 date, pitted
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice, as needed for frostiness
- 1-2 spoonfuls So Delicious Coconut Whipped Topping, for garnish
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs, for garnish
Place all ingredients in a blender, except for ice. Blend until smooth then add in ice. Add as much ice as you’d like for frostiness. Blending again until smooth.
Pour into a glass, top with cacao nibs and So Delicious Coconut Whipped Topping. Sprinkle a little more Matcha Green Tea Powder and call it a glorious day!
