The Lunar Gin Cocktail
In researching this limited release, moon-bathed botanical blend, I found passion.
Passion from those at Hendrick’s, who thought up this interesting spirit.
Passion from the marketers who told the story that makes this gin lunar.
Passion from anyone who reads this story, as it’s an elegantly beautiful way to sip this cocktail.
In this passionate story, we’re transported from our life of couch solitude to another place… a place of a starlit sky.
From our starry sky, we look out into the distance as the moon shines down on us, bathing us in brilliant cosmic light.
From underneath that light, the light from which the moon has chosen us to shine upon, is where we pick up our glass of botanics, of sweet syrup, of lime and club soda, and we sip.
We sip for the love of passion and beauty and cupcakes and…
…FRIDAY NIGHT COCKTAIL HOURS!
And this week, we’re drinking Lunar Gin Cocktails!
Let’s do this!
(Thank you to Hendrick’s for not sponsoring this post. If you’d like to sponsor this post, or another post in the future, I wouldn’t say no. Just saying…)
This cocktail was the easiest sipper. The tastiest summer drink. The most crushable, refreshing and before you know it, you’ve had
4 each possibly too many.
And this cocktail is so delish yet so simple, you’ll have to make this one on repeat, on repeat, on repeat, on repeat.
It also pairs quite well with dazzling midnight styled frosting-topped cupcakes and perhaps some fancy hotdogs (because there was this joke about eating hotdogs for cocktail hour and then it happened, so hotdogs it is).
But you know what? Because of passion, you get to drink and eat and laugh and sign and be truly you in any way you want. And I hope you decide to try this cocktail and create your own moon-bathed story.
