Did you forget to add pumpkin as an ingredient in the frosting? The name is “walnut pumpkin frosting,” but there’s no pumpkin in it.

So cool–this is like an almost-raw version of the pumpkin carrot cake bread I was so loving. I love the pumpkin-shaped cookie slices and love how easy it sounds. That’s great your dad liked it.

My ‘healthifying’ attempts are pretty hopeless around here, everyone loves their sugar way too much. But when I make a raw cheesecake (which isn’t health food, of course) it’s always a big hit…

What is it with our parents and their distaste for our “healthy” food? Didn’t I unquestioningly eat YOUR food when I was growing up, Mom? And now you won’t eat mine because it’s not full of fat and butter and sour cream? Just try it, you might like it!
