I totally agree with what you are saying
I fell off the bandwagon in an attempt to gain weight, but it became unhealthy and I felt horrible, sluggish, and unhealthy.
Eating bad foods constantly can become somewhat addicting.
Now I am back into the full swing of clean eating and it is a WORLD of difference.
I feel more balanced and nourished!
I think that a lot of people when they are trying to get healthy think they should eat less and low calorie (or low fat nonsense)
I completely disagree - eat more of healthy proteins, tons of veggies, and moderate amount of healthy fats!
It takes time though to really see the impact of eating healthy and how it can change your body. I have learned this now - that I have to be patient with my body and that results will come eventually!
PS that drink looks very interesting - not something I would typically make but I think ill give it a try :)
Love your blog and recipes :)

I've been rejoicing in the healing power of food lately, too! I discovered a love for Paleo and have renewed my challenge for health through nourishment - bone broth, raw homemade sauerkraut and kombucha! I've really been focusing on treating my body well and it's making me feel so much more alive!
this soup looks delicious and beautifully green!
