I’ve been on a wrap kick lately. And why shouldn’t I?
Wraps are SO easy to put together, so fun to eat, and are a built-in portion control monitor. That is unless you eat more than one… which may or may not happen sometimes.
Anyway, here’s my Wrap Roundup for you to browse, hopefully make a few, and enjoy.
To Paleo-ize these, swap the greek yogurt (found in most of these) with So Delicious Coconut Milk Greek Style yogurt (yum!!) and wrap all in a nori sheet or toss into a large lettuce leaf. The filling are really the stars of the show here, anyway. 😉
